Hey-ho! Today is a good day to make some cookies and
enjoy them with your favourite TV show. Well, so was yesterday. It's what I did then and probably will do it again tomorrow.
Today, however, I want to share with you this simple cookie recipe I randomly put up with just 5 ingredients. They turned out as store-bought, no lie. This recipe is so easy you can't go wrong!
Preparation: 10 min
Cooking: 20 min
Yield: 12 cookies
Ingredients:
170g oats
2 eggs
4 tbsp honey (I put 4 as I prefer them less sweet, but if you like you can add more honey.)
2 tbsp coconut oil
2-3 blocks dark chocolate
Instructions:
Blend the oats into flour using a food processor.
Add the eggs, honey and coconut oil and blend until smooth.
Turn the oven on at 170 C and cover a baking tray with a sheet of baking paper.
Using a spoon distribute the mixture into 12 cookies on the baking paper.
Chop the dark chocolate into chips and decorate the cookies.
Bake for 20 minutes.
See? Super easy, quick to make and healthy at that! Let cool in the fridge or enjoy right away! *cough*in moderation*cough*
