My name is Vanya, I am a personal trainer based in Zurich and I have a strong interest in all things related to fitness and health. Working with me you will follow a regularly updated personalised training program designed to eliminate weaknesses and get you to your goal. You will receive nutritional guidance and my full support throughout the way. Your goal becomes my goal.
As a personal trainer I am very relaxed, I like having fun with my clients during our workouts. In between hard work we can chit-chat about anything and everything you want. Or if you prefer quiet time, I'm down for that too.
That being said, I respect privacy. Everything we discuss regarding you, your training/nutrition/progress stays between you and me.
I know that success happens with very small steps and I will never ask from you any extreme changes in nutrition or lifestyle.
Remember that "success is a journey".
I am always available outside of our personal training sessions for any questions and concerns you might have.

Outdoor Personal Training
Outdoor personal training is a great fit for those who love to be outside and use their own body as their equipment. During outdoor sessions the city becomes our gym, and we use stairs, boulders, pull-up bars and other pieces of equipment which I bring along. I have seen through my practice that if you are dressed according to the weather, it is a really fun way to keep in shape. If you love doing exercise outside and are not afraid of a bit of rain here and there maybe outdoor personal training would be your thing! Outdoor training is available only during the warm months.
Gym Personal Training in Zurich
Indoor personal training is perfect for those of you who want to use heavier weights during their workout and prefer to be "protected" from the elements outside. If your fitness goal is improving your strength, it's worth noting that with the equipment found in gyms it is much easier to train for it compared to the outdoors or online. After all heavy deadlifts is one of the best things you can do to train your strength.

Online Personal Training
Online personal training is still a relatively new concept, but it has dramatically changed the fitness world. I began coaching online at the start of the pandemic in 2020 and have come to see how convenient it is. You are able to do your exercise at home with the live guidance you would normally receive from your personal trainer in the gym. You won't have to commute so it saves you time and you get results! A common barrier to this way of training is that people think that if they are training online from home they might as well just put on a YouTube workout but remember that those video workouts have a "one size fits all" approach whereas personal training is specifically tailored to you to get you the results you want in the fastest, safest way.
